Teton Village springs to life this weekend, hosting a variety of events. Urban skiing and neck deep powder collide at the screening of “Weight” and electronic music is in the spotlight.

Adventure Film Festival in Jackson Hole

At the Adventure Film Festival on Saturday night, films spoke to the value of over coming adversity. A trait shared by the hosts of the event, who enabled the show to go on, despite a last minute venue cancellation.

Cut La Whut and The Q Roadhouse welcomes an extraordinary lineup of DJ’s to The Q headlined by California based dub-step producer NastyNasty and party rocker Mikey Thunder.

On Saturday night, the Town Square Tavern welcomes the 2011 Adventure Film Festival and the most inspiring independent adventure films of year.

Skinny Skis sponsors Avalanche Awareness Night, a gathering of skiers, riders, and winter enthusiast to highlight the threat of avalanche activity in the Greater Teton Region.
