Moosely Mountaineering

The Greys River was raging, the Snaggletooth rapid was intense and the Wyoming Whitewater Championships finished with a bang. Carson “Snug” King leads the boater-cross pack into the Class V monster.

Kings Wave, just south of Hoback Junction on the Snake River, played host to the Wyoming Whitewater Championships Kayak Rodeo and did not disappoint. Jon Souter drops in with an entry maneuver and took first place in todays competition.

With the Dave Hansen boat right on their heels, the crew from Sands Whitewater celebrates as they round the final corner into the home strech of the Hoback River. Sands repeated it’s Hoback Cup Title to kick off the Wyoming Whitewater Championships.
