Huckleberry Hot Springs
It’s nice to have good friends come and visit you in this amazing place we are lucky enough to call home. It brings back a joyful sense that reminds you why you came here to begin with, the unique beauty of this place. I was lucky enough to be reminded of this on a recent trip to Huckleberry Hot Springs. Seeing someone’s reaction to experiencing Jackson Hole for the first time is a rejuvenating thing to witness.

Episode 6: Summer
In the final episode of the On Snow and Ice and Rock series, Brandon Gust and Dorian Densmore find themselves getting up high in the Tetons to take advantage of snowfall that lasted long into last summer. Ropes, crampons and ice axes allow them to get to some lines that only few have skied before. The series ends, fittingly, where it began, in the Tetons with some beautiful shots that remind us of the awesome power of these mountains.

Jackson Hole Mountain Resort received a good dusting of snow over the weekend with some measurable snow in high elevations. Only 19 days remain until opening day and local skiers are doing snow dances in hopes of a full coverage opening similar to last season.
