The one-man jam-band that is Keller Williams’ solo act encompasses most of what Jacksonites are attracted to. From reggae, jam, electronic, funk, and bluegrass, he covers a variety of musical desires. His creative and playful lyrics are sure to keep you wanting to hear more. You never know what you’re going to get with Keller Williams. His musical improvisation & schizophrenic tendencies will not disappoint your ears, nor your desire to groove on the dance floor. Keller’s unpredictability is steered by the way he creates his songs with imaginative live phrase looping. His creative spirit has lead him through 20 albums in the last 20 years. Many have been solo albums, but he’s also recorded as Keller Williams Incident (with The String Cheese Incident), Keller & The Keels (with Larry & Jenny Keel), Grateful Grass (with Jeff Austin & Keith Moseley), and a more recent album with The Travelin’ McCourys. He’s toured with the likes of The String Cheese Incident, Umphrey’s McGee, & Yonder Mountain String Band, and frequently performs Bonnaroo, Rothbury, & All Good music festivals.
