During Joshua Simpson’s jaunt in the Hole, the photographer was looking to shoot all walks of Jacksonites…including the bros. No, not the bro-brahs per say, but the dudes laying down sick lines on the hill and slick wax in the tune shop. While all of these guys felt entirely comfortable being photographed while hucking their meat, having them stand still for a formal portrait was somewhat tedious. Fortunately, despite buddies ragging them just outside the frame, Josh got some great shots.

“I’ve traveled for years in search of the perfect mountains and the best snow. After chasing the snow almost everywhere in the lower forty-eights, I arrived in the Teton’s in the year 2000. With the ever challenging terrain and endless backcountry, I found it in Jackson Hole.” – Mark Howard

“I love the community feeling that JH has and the fact this mountain has endless terrain to push yourself.” – Tyler Saron

” No matter what your doing, someone is pushing the limits of what is possible, and you’re always surrounded by people who are completely passionate about what they’re doing, and are doing it for the love of their sport.” – Tyler Horne
