Red Bull Cold Rush Freeskiing Competition
Red Bull Cold Rush, a three-day backcountry freeskiing competition, returns to Silverton Mountain in Colorado, USA, in March with some brand new features and a new roster of athletes. For the second year in a row, 17 men and 5 women will compete in the big Mountain and slopestyle disciplines to determine the best all-round backcountry skier. The competition is set to take place March 5th – 8th and coverage of the event will air March 24th on NBC. But just like with Red Bull’s Supernatural Snowboard competition, I’m sure we will catch some footage of the event online before they make us wait a couple weeks to check it out in full.
