7th Annual Targhee Music Festival
Friday, Saturday and Sunday, July 15-17
Following on the heels of Widespread Panic, Grand Targhee is right back at it with another weekend of music. The 7th Annual Targhee Music Fest welcomes artist Michael Franti, Grace Potter, and more to Teton Valley. Music starts in the afternoon of each day and last into the night, with apres-shows at the Trap Bar. Head over to Grand Targhee for details about the event including tickets, camping and parking.

The 7th Annual Targhee Music Fest offers an eclectic gathering of premier performers on an intimate stage tucked into the shadows of the Tetons. The spectacular setting, accessible activities, convenient amenities and a casual vibe make the Targhee Music Fest one of the most unique and popular music festivals in the west. –Grand Targhee
Concert in the Commons
Sunday July 16 in Teton Village
The 2011 Concert on the Commons summer series kicks off in the beautifully remodeled base area at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort with John Nemeth. A rising blues star, John Nemeth has performed at festivals all over the world. A singer steeped in tradition, his style is reminiscent of B.B. King, Ray Charles and Junior Parker.
Rocking the Blues
The Idahoan singer and harmonica-player made a stir with his 2007 Blind Pig debut Magic Touch. Follow-up albums showcase what a startlingly idiomatic voice he brings to songs set firmly in the classic ’50s/’60s R&B mould. Be sure to bring your jive and dancing shoes!
