the Mountain Pulse Jackson Hole Skiing Snowboarding

To Pow or Not To Pow..
That is the question. After seven days of unpredictable weather, the answer was obviously “To Pow”! Temperatures in The Tetons have momentarily dropped below freezing, evoking memories of mid-February conditions rather than mid-April. Prevailing winds out of the southwest have deposited snow onto leeward facing slopes and into the trees. Increased activity on the boot pack leading to the summit of Glory Mountain could be seen as the afternoon hours drifted into evening, . Die hard skiers and riders aren’t ready to let this season slip away, and judging from the depth of the snowpack in the upper elevations, neither is Mother Nature.
