You can see the pleasant disbelief in the smiling faces shuffling through line, as they are greeted with yet another powder day. Little has to be said; a raise of eyebrows and or a shrug of shoulders suffice. This season can rouse an inkling of guilt, as if we snuck into some forbidden utopia, and overstayed our welcome. So we stay grateful, and relish in every deep inch as it comes.
